Steps

    Click the pencil on any doc to open the editor.

    Select text to format it; use + to insert text, screenshots, or AI content.

  3. 3

    Swap a screenshot for a better frame, annotate it, or recaption it.

  4. 4

    Open Version History to preview and restore any earlier version.

  5. 5

    Or open the AI copilot — select text, ask, and accept its change.
