When you upload a video, it's temporarily sent to our AI service provider for analysis. The AI extracts key frames and understands the content to generate documentation. Your videos are stored on our EU-based servers and are never used to train AI models or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to provide the service.
Only you can see your videos and documentation. Our team may access data for technical support if you request help, but we don't browse user content. AI services process your content to provide the service but don't retain it.
No. We use enterprise AI APIs that explicitly exclude customer data from model training. Your videos, screenshots, and documentation are not used to improve AI models.
Your account data and files are stored on servers in the European Union. When processing videos, data is temporarily sent to AI service providers (which may be in the US) under strict data protection agreements with Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can delete any video or document from the app - it goes to trash and is permanently removed after 30 days. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at info@vdocs.ai.
Yes! You can export your documentation in multiple formats (PDF, Word, HTML, Markdown) directly from the app. For a complete data export including all personal data, contact us at info@vdocs.ai.
Yes. We're a Spanish company (Stubborn Coder, S.L.) operating under EU law. We follow GDPR requirements including: obtaining proper consent, providing transparency about data use, enabling your rights (access, deletion, portability), and using appropriate safeguards for any international data transfers.
