From document to presentation — vDocs builds the deck for you
Most people meet vDocs when they turn a screen recording into a clean, step-by-step guide. That guide is genuinely useful on its own — but the moment you need to present it, the work starts over: open a slide tool, copy the steps across, rebuild the visuals, fight the formatting. So we closed that gap. Any vDoc you own can now become a polished, on-brand presentation — generated for you, fully editable, ready to show.
One document, one deck
From any document, open its menu and choose Create presentation. Pick how you want it structured — a smart, condensed deck or one slide per step — and vDocs builds the whole thing for you. Slides appear as they're made, live on screen, so you watch the deck take shape instead of staring at a spinner. When it's done you land straight in the editor.
Built from your document — not made up
A presentation is only worth showing if it's true. So every deck is grounded in the document it came from: the key points, the wording, and the actual screenshots from your original video. Charts use real numbers when your content has them and stay conceptual — clearly — when it doesn't. Nothing is invented to fill a slide. What you present is what your documentation actually says.
On-brand from the very first slide
Decks shouldn't look like a template everyone recognizes. Choose from a range of themes and font pairings, and if your organization has set up its branding, your colors and logo flow in automatically. Light or dark, corporate or editorial — the whole deck restyles in one click, and the same look carries through to export.
A real editor, not a one-shot generation
The generated deck is a starting point you actually own. The Studio editor lets you edit any slide directly on the canvas — click a title or a bullet and type. Beyond text, there's a rich library of building blocks: charts, stat highlights, timelines, comparison tables, feature cards, process steps and more, so a slide can show an idea instead of just listing it. Need an image? Pick from the screenshots already captured in your document — no hunting for assets.
Edit it by talking to it
The fastest way to change a deck is to just say what you want. The built-in vDocs assistant edits your presentation from plain language — "make this slide more visual", "turn these bullets into cards", "change the colors to green", "add a summary slide at the end." It understands your deck and stays grounded in your source document, so its suggestions fit the content instead of drifting off into filler. Every change applies live, and a single undo takes you back.
Present it, export it, share it
When the deck is ready, present it full-screen straight from vDocs — no export round-trip needed. And when you do need a file to send, export the presentation to a clean, themed PDF that matches exactly what you saw on screen, one slide per page. The same documentation that started as a video is now a guide and a deck, from a single source of truth.
