Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid vDocs subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans purchased directly from us.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorize us to charge the applicable fee for each billing period until you cancel.

  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • Fees are charged through our payment processor at the start of each period.
  • Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required.
  • We will notify you in advance of any change to recurring fees.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You retain access to paid features until that date.

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Refund Eligibility

Paid fees are non-refundable, except in the limited cases below or where required by law:

  • We do not offer a trial or satisfaction-based money-back period.
  • If you were charged in error or more than once for the same period, we will refund the incorrect amount.
  • Service availability is addressed in our Service Level Agreement, which does not provide cash refunds.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, including the EU right of withdrawal described below.

Except where required by law, all fees — including for partial billing periods, usage-based charges, and one-time charges — are non-refundable. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by subscribing and choosing to start using the Service immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right once processing begins.

How to Request a Refund

To request a correction for a billing error or a refund required by law, contact us with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved corrections are issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of paid features after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
