Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted when using vDocs. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity.
- Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
- Process sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content involving minors.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
System and Network Security
You must not compromise the security or integrity of the Service. This includes:
- Accessing accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without permission.
- Interfering with service to any user, host, or network (e.g. denial-of-service).
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code except where permitted by law.
Fair Use of Resources
The Service is provided for normal, good-faith use within your plan limits. Automated bulk processing, excessive API usage, or activity that places an undue burden on our infrastructure may be rate-limited or suspended.
Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to a violation:
- Remove or disable access to offending content.
- Suspend or terminate the relevant account.
- Report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to info@vdocs.ai with enough detail for us to investigate.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
